Strategy for playing roulette longer, and getting more free drinks
Drinkmor.com in no way endorses drinking and gambling. But, if you are going to drink and gamble we offer tips on how to play longer and get more free drinks.

Roulette is probably the easiest game to learn at the casino (besides slots). However, it has some of the worst odds.

In roulette you can bet on many different options, and place many combinations of different bets. You can bet on black/red, even/odd, high/low. The house edge on these "50/50" bets is just over 5%. This is because of the two green spots on the top of the roulette board.

For many roulette tables the minimum bet on the "50/50" options is $5, but you can usually place just a $1 bet on a single number. The house edge on a single number bet is also just over 5%. So, if you are looking to play a long time and get some free drinks the just bet $1 on a single number everytime if the casino will let you.

Points to remember
  • The house edge in roulette is high compared to other games
  • The house edge is the same for single numbers and "50/50" bets
  • Bet the minimum everytime to play longer
