The first step is learning basic strategy, and then playing every hand the right way. This can be especially hard to do if you plan to drink while you gamble. - Find a table that is full
- You do not have to play every hand
If you have a $100 bankroll and you ar playing at a $5 table then you are obviously going to be there longer than if you play at a $25 table. You should only bet the minimum if your main goal is to play a long time and get free drinks. Also the more people at the table, the longer it takes for the dealer to deal each hand, so find a full table. You can even sit out some hands, there is no requirement that you play every single hand. You can get up and go to the bathroom and take a break, just be sure to be back in time to order your next drink.
